If you ever wanted to know where Puma shoes originated form its in Germany footwear company and the full name is Puma Aktiengesellscaft Ruldolf Dassler Sport. They deal especially in apparel, footwear and accessories manufacturing. Puma shoes were founded in the mid 1920’s in Germany by Adi and Rudolph (Rudi Dassler) and it was their family shoe business. The business was registered in Herzogenaurach.
However during World War 2 Rudi Dassler spent time in a POW camp and that’s how the two of the split up and decided to go on their own ways. Rudi started off Puma on his own and Adi began his own enterprise till this day still stands tall by the name of Adidas.
